Rampage Knights is developed by Rake in Grass. A limited Tech Demo of the game was released for free in 2014. This showcased some of the gameplay and features that will be present it the final game. The game was Greenlit on July 12 2014, and released on Steam Early Access on March 24 2015. The full version of the game was released on September 4 2015.Gameplay
Rampage Knights is a cooperative beat 'em up game, played using a 2D sidescrolling view. Players initially find themselves in The Camp, where they can change options like their class, appearance and difficulty settings.
Combat
From the camp, players must venture to the Enchanted Forest and then to the Dark Castle, which are filled with a variety monsters. Players must fight these, with combat being mainly melee and magic focused. Players have access to a small selection of moves which can be strung together into combos. Along with this, players can dash through enemies, and can knock them to the floor before throwing them (preferable into other enemies), or stomping on them.Levels
Levels in Rampage Knights are composed of a series of randomly generated rooms. These rooms are in a linear order, meaning that for the most part players are always moving further towards the end of the level. Special side rooms with treasure - or traps - are interspersed throughout, however.Gear

Players can also buy gear from stores - if they find one - using gold collected from enemies and the environment.

Rampage Knights is currently being developed by Czech Republic based Rake in Grass, who's previous titles include Jets'n'Guns, Undercroft and many more.
It was first announced on March 8th 2013. A Steam Greenlight campaign was launched on June 25th 2014, and the game was Greenlit on July 12th 2014.
